Oak Park Housing Providers: Join us at the Oak Park Library to learn best fair housing practices and become knowledgeable about your obligations under fair housing law, especially as they pertain to source of income protections.

This training will cover an overview of Illinois Source of Income protections, which went into effect in 2023. You’ll come away with knowledge of best practices when reviewing applicants using protected sources of income, such as SSI or Housing Choice Vouchers. Additionally, we’ll be providing resources from HOPE, IDHR, and the Cook County Commission on Human Rights.
