An end to homelessness is only possible with the help of our community. There are so many ways to get involved with the OPHC and help reach our goal of making homelessness in Oak Park rare, brief and one time.

Sign The Petition

The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County is seeking signatures from our partners to demonstrate cross-sector support for state, county, and local decision-makers to allocate Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) resources to expand emergency shelter capacity in suburban Cook County. Fixed site emergency shelter projects are needed to provide dignity-based, safe, temporary crisis options that bridge people experiencing homelessness to long-term housing.

The OPHC meets quarterly to discuss recent progress and current goals of the Coalition. Our next quarterly meeting is April 14th from 10am to 12pm, via Zoom. Attending meetings is a great way to stay up to date on the Coalition’s mission. For the Zoom information, email Isaiah Gransberry at igransberry@a5inc.com.
